The Hotel "Gasthof Post" is probably the most prominent house in the center of the ski destination and one of the most luxurious in Austria. For more than 30 years, this exclusive and historic hotel has been part of the prestigious association "Relais & x; x; Châteaux ", which gathers fine hotels all over the world. Tradition is a top priority here, the Moosbrugger family manages the 5-star hotel since 1937. The third generation is led by Florian Moosbrugger, who followed Franz and Kristl as well as Erich and Irma Moosbrugger, with Kristl leading the hotel after the death of her husband and even became the first woman to earn the title of "Hotelier of the Year". In the 1930s the house offered 20 rooms, today it has 46 as well as two apartments and three suites. The view of the quiet garden or the magnificent mountain panorama alone will make you dream. The building is decorated in characteristic old pink and is decorated with typical wooden balconies of the area and alpine paintings. Furnished with local antiques, the house has retained a distinctive charm. The "Post" states that it has the cozy atmosphere of a country inn, but offers the amenities of a luxury hotel. The special ambience is just achieved by this combination of rural charm, loving details and the best equipment. Whether the 15-meter-long, heated outdoor pool from which you can enjoy the mountain scenery while swimming, the new bathhouse, open fireplaces or tiled stoves in the suites, spacious rooms with comfortable seating areas and bathtubs, the in-house sauna world with relaxation oases and Fitness room and brine steam bath, the suites for beauty treatments and massages - here everyone will find their personal luxury, and all this is embedded in a botanical garden.
