On the occasion of the International Saarmesse 1958, the German Federal Post Saarland issued on 10 April 1958 a special postage stamp. Pictured are the town hall of Saarbrücken and the logo of the Saarmesse. Since November 20, 1947, the French currency was 1 Franc = 100 centimes on the Saarland stamps. the editorial board therefore records the nominal values from catalog number 226 in centimes.
