The GST in the GDR The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications of the German Democratic Republic publishes a series of five multicolored special postage stamps "The Society for Sports and Technology in the German Democratic Republic". It is a socialist mass organization of the GDR, which unites in its ranks young people and adults who acquire extensive knowledge and practical skills in training and military sports, such as sport shooting, motor, news, sea and air sports. Thanks to the care and support of the state, the organization has developed steadily in its 20 years of existence and can look back on excellent results.
