Leipziger Spring Fair 1982 At the Leipzig Spring Fair 1982, the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications of the German Democratic Republic issued two multi-colored special postage stamps. It also has modern event and lecture rooms. In the meantime, this hall has proven itself as a domicile for international sports competitions and major events. Hall 7.11 is where important service facilities of the Leipzig Trade Fair are concentrated, allowing the trade fair participants to be looked after even more comprehensively and rationally. This includes the technical information, which is maintained by the Leipzig Trade Fair Office and the Chamber of Technology of the GDR. It informs about the international exhibition offer and the export program of the GDR, establishes contacts to the industrial and foreign trade enterprises of the GDR, organizes the scientific-technical event program of the chamber of technology and the lectures of the exhibitors of Leipziger Messe as well as fair tours for foreign visitor groups. In this building as well, the exhibitors will find convenient function rooms for their specialist lectures. The "Press Service Exhibition Center", in the immediate vicinity of the technical information, serves the domestic and foreign specialist journalists. Here you will find information, contacts and job opportunities. With the redesign of the west entrance, convenient traffic solutions could be created at the same time that allow trade fair visitors to reach the center of the exhibition center quickly and comfortably.
