Britta Hellmann and Stefan Gaugusch have developed the figures of "Confetti" and his friend "Rolf Rüdiger" and bring them to life as a puppeteer. In September 1993, Confetti saw the light of the TV world for the first time in the ORF children's program. In his own "Confetti Show," in which he invited celebrities from all walks of public life, he very quickly succeeded in conquering the hearts of his young seers. Since April 1994, Confetti has also been the patron saint of the entire ORF children's program. The bright spirit of the figure confetti blows into all those programs in which Confetti and Rolf Rüdiger do not even appear. "Confetti TiVi" tries to follow a path that responds to the local and regional needs of the children. At the same time, the motivation for meaningful cultural and leisure behavior outside of program consumption is in the foreground. When creating their own program forms, the children themselves are included, thus guaranteeing a high degree of authenticity in terms of the topics and contents of the programs offered. One of the most important goals of "Confetti TiVi" is to stimulate and establish a cultural and leisure offer throughout Austria that meets the actual needs of the children. In all these activities one goal is in the foreground: "From monologue to dialogue - to experience each other!"
