Emerging from the "Bund Österreichischer Handelsgraphiker" founded in 1927, "Design Austria" today, after 75 years, is the professional, interest and professional representation of graphics designers, illustrators and product designers active in Austria. Service, advice, information, commitment to a realistic job description as well as mediation of the meaning of design for economy and culture are the focus of this professional organization.
