IFA - commercial vehicles of the GDR With the illustrations of IFA commercial vehicles from the GDR, the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications of the German Democratic Republic issues six multi-colored special postage stamps. Special cancellation from 5 October to 4 December 1982 IFA - Commercial Vehicles 85 Pfennig value: W 50 milk tank semitrailer The W 5O milk tank semitrailer is a variant of a large number of semi-trailer W 5O vehicles. The semi-trailer for transporting milk with the exact name HLS 90,45 / 1 has a special structure with four transport boilers for milk with respective receiving and dispensing equipment. Each of the individual boilers is to be fully or empty, d. H. an insulated stainless steel double-tube system can simultaneously accept raw milk and deliver skimmed milk. The dashboard at the rear of the trailer contains the entire receiving and dispensing device.
