The closer the merger, the safer we are (including ourselves ...)! The introduction of a European currency, which brings enormous savings in the longer term, is only one step in a common economic future. Both the euro notes and the euro coins have security features which Hannes Margreiter has reduced to € 3.27 on his rotogravure stamp. 45, - ATS, which appears in the miniature sheet of 4 stamps, wants to indicate. The twelve stars are applied in gold foil hot stamping. The Euro countries are printed with tilt colors (glossy and matt), and the 1 Euro coin in gold and silver colors is also blind stamped. The curved cross grid on the right side of the picture indicates a guilloche (tangled regular lines, such as banknotes and securities). The obverse was constructed by computer, the template for the non-damaging letterpress printing on the backside gum was a hand drawing: shilling coins from various periods and familiar heads depicted on shilling banknotes.
