Due to the change in pay as of September 1, 1997 and the extremely large demand for a supplement of 10 Pfennig postage stamps due to the urgency, the special postage stamp "More safety for children" published on 16 January 1997 with changed value to 10 Pfennig issued. The issue of the special stamp is intended to help the many and many years of efforts to make the adult road users aware of the difficulties of children in traffic. Actually, everything would be very simple. We would only have to adhere to what each learner learns in the Driving School, namely to comply with Paragraph 1 of the Road Traffic Regulations (StVO): "Participation in road traffic requires constant caution and mutual consideration. Every road user must behave in such a way that no one else is harmed, endangered or more than is unavoidably unavoidable, obstructed or harassed by the circumstances. "If we were all" law-abiding ", accidents would be the exception for adults and children.
