During this time, around 2,500 cultural events will take place in the Ruhr, Emscher and Lippe region as part of RUHR.2010. The program of the RUHR.2010 is dedicated to the contrasts and the people with their cultures and visions. There is a tense range between art exhibition and street art, between theater and creative industries, between opera and industrial culture.
