This international organization exists since 1905, founded by P. Harris in Chicago. It unites business people and practitioners of "free" professions. It is organized in local clubs. Their goal is to ensure fairness in business life and the promotion of world peace. Since November 20, 1947, the French currency was 1 Franc = 100 centimes on the Saarland stamps. the editorial board therefore records the nominal values of catalog numbers 226 to 378 in centimes.
