Stamp Exhibition - Austria / II. Republic of Austria 2003 - 55 Euro Cent

The "Youth Phila Graz '03" is the largest youth stamp exhibition of the year in Europe. It will be held from 25 to 28 September 2003 by the Philatelic Society Graz in cooperation with the Stamp Collector Associations in Graz and the surrounding area and with the Youth Department of the Association of Austrian Philatelic Associations (VÖPh). Venue is the education center Raiffeisenhof the Provincial Chamber of Agriculture and Forestry Styria. The aim is to promote the Jugendphilatelie. In addition to the second-tier exhibition with international participation, the FEPA Congress will also host a FEPA seminar for youth group leaders and an international youth philatelic meeting. Like the already published children's brand, the brand is the result of a drawing competition for children in Austria aged 14 and under with the theme "Child and Family". Out of more than 5,000 drawings, a pre-selection of 30 drawings was made by an internal jury, from which an extended jury selected the present draft. He comes from Cornelia Zell, a 13-year-old girl from Niederabsdorf.
